My sessions are designed to help children and adults to tune in to their inner needs, to observe their minds and bodies and to gently develop and practise ways to feel more regulated and calm. Join me to understand the science behind the mind/body connection, to learn tools and techniques to help to cope with a busy, stressful life and to use the breath as a key to improving your physical and emotional health.

  • Relax Kids

    Relax Kids facilitates the teaching of resilience, active relaxation and Mindfulness in a playful program designed to quieten the mind, recognise emotions, encourage positive self talk and improve emotional literacy.

  • Chill Skills

    A course designed to help support young people’s emotional intelligence, self esteem, confidence and resilience. Topics covered include the power of positive thinking, visualisation as a key to success, mindfulness, real happiness, growth mindset and self belief.
